It depends on what kind of "clan". Whenever I think of "clan", I think of prepubescent 12 year olds on LIVE. However, that being said, playing in a group that's not really thought of as a "clan" but kind of is, is great. An actual clan is overrated; from what I've experienced, just being good friends with people is far more fun, and you play much better even when you don't really practice for it. Both groups I used to play with were never truly clans, but for either CoD or BC2, they can annihilate ANY "clan" I've ever seen.
