Hoz is always nice but may think about getting an exile for the extra defense.
For belt I definately recommend the arachnid mesh sash as it gives 1 to all skills and faster cast rate. If you need extra life (if you keep dying) verdungos is a good choice, it has extra vitality, faster hit recovery and damage reduction.
For gloves, either get yourself frosties (for large mana boost) or magefists for faster cast rate. I know magefists are mainly for the +1 to fire skills for sorcs but finding faster cast gloves is sometimes difficult and magefists are failry common.
For boots, sandstorm trek gives all the nice boot bonuses you could want, faster hit recovery, strength (probably needed to wear the hoz if nothing else) and vitality.
Amulet would definately be maras, 2 to all skills and extra resists 20-30 (varies, higher resist equal higher price). Otherwise most crafted amulets can give you the same bonuses and more, but once again hard to find unless you have the gems to craft on your own.
Rings, as all people would probably agree would be a pair of sojs, but they are fairly pricey if you don't have a lot of extra high runes to trade. Normally a raven frost and dwarf star will do fairly nicely though as they provide cold and fire resist/absorb which will be helpful in hell mode. Depending on the situation (and if you can find one) a natures peace ring is helpful for the monsters that keep being revived as it has the slain monsters rest in peace effect.
